Vietnam - Our Plan of travel

As said previously, we had booked our to and fro flights through Vietjet as

Ahmedabad - Da nang (Central Vietnam)

Da nang - Hanoi (Internal Domestic flight)

Hanoi (North Vietnam) - Ahmedabad

After going through lots of negative reviews about Vietjet, we kept our fingers crossed. We had heard about a lot of flights cancellation from multiple locations in India by Vietjet, so we decided to keep mum about our teavel plan. And we were sure to go from Pune to Ahmedabad as it was Indigo flight which we were pretty sure of. We kept a road trip from Ahmedabad for a week as plan B ЁЯША.

Or just in case Vietjet cancels flight from Ahmedabad, they'll give the credit note or adjust the passangers in another location flights So we even thought of that option as well as a plan C.

 Full to Filmy Though ЁЯШБЁЯШД

But lucky we were like said above , the Chirstmas holiday season is high season, the flight was fully booked with on time departure and before time arrival in Da nang!!!

We did a lot of research before finalising the itenary. We did seek help from

Nhat from VTA : Vietnam travel advisor and My Linh from Asianwaytravel company were very pro-active in terms of calling, whatsapp and assuring the best trip. Itenary from both of them was very similar in terms of locations, sight seeing as below with almost competitive prices.

Option 2: Explore Fansipan Peak - The Indochina’s Roofbeach We chose option 2

Day 6: 30/12 Hanoi  Ninh Binh  Hoa Lu  Mua Cave  Trang An (North Vietnam)
Day 7: 31/12 Hanoi  City tour  Departure  (North Vietnam)

Initially we were sceptical about VTA but Nhat assured us about safety and security with flexibility in adjusting our requirements. We also talked to other Indian travellers who had travelled with this company , they gave good reviews . He offered us an ease of payment by 100 USD Initially and remaining payment on arrival in Hanoi.
Where as My Linh from Asianwaytravel company, asked us to pay 30% immidiately and remaining amount 15 days before travel with not very friendly terms and conditions and that was the trigger point to go ahead wirh VTA instead of Asianwaytravel company. It was important considering sudden changes in norms due to Covid-19 and we didn't want our money blocked.

All the hotels were with 4 star and specious. (In the same price, Indian Travel agents were offering us 3 Star accomodation only..) The transport services given by VTA were excellent. The people were also really welcoming and respectful. We never ever had to wait or get frustrated for anything... We really enjoyed our trip with other fellow passengers . The guides told us all the details in English. They were very informative and covered all the important points about locations. We thank Nhat for this amazing experience and recommend VTA to our relatives, friends and family.

The highlight of the change in trend in travelling was we saw a variety of people travelling. There was a live-in couple from Delhi, three working bacholor girl friends, an old lovely couple from Singapore, A punjabi family settled in Thailand since three generations, Greeks, Spanish, French lone travellers, a family of small Leo from Japan, mother-daughter duo from Mumbai.. and it was fun to be with all such a mix to travel with.
